Payment Methods

PayPal: A fast and secure method; you only need to have a PayPal account. This service has no surcharge.
Credit Card: Visa or Mastercard. No surcharge applies.
We offer secure payment with SSL certification for your credit card and PayPal payments.

Shipping

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible and at the lowest cost. We work with manual screen printing, so in some cases you need to take into account the printing process, which may take a few days, plus standard shipping, around 2 to 3 business days via Correos.
· Deliveries and shipments are made only Monday through Friday.
· Shipments are made through Correos.
· Purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.
· Delivery will be carried out punctually under the responsibility of the carrier.
· An order is considered delivered when the carrier hands the package(s) to the customer and the customer signs the receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods upon receipt and note any anomalies on the delivery slip.

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost listed below will be added to the total amount of the purchased products.
Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands:
Standard shipping: €4.00 VAT included
Free shipping for orders over €60
Europe 1 (France, Germany, United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland):
Standard shipping: €8.00 VAT included
Free shipping for orders over €60

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to make a return.

Return Conditions

If you meet the requirements for a return, please consider the following points:
1. Products must be returned in sturdy packaging and in perfect condition, with no signs of use. Otherwise, the return will be cancelled. Any other promotional material originally included (buttons, postcards, stickers...) must also be returned.
2. The handling and shipping cost are the sole responsibility of the customer. The package must be sent using certified postal service or courier to obtain a tracking number. We will not proceed with the refund until the package arrives.
3. The shipment must be sent to the following address of Tramax Bajo Aragón S.L.U.:
Paseo Andrade 4·B Local - 44600 ALCAÑIZ (Teruel)
4. Once the package arrives at our warehouse, we will check that everything is correct and in perfect condition. The maximum processing time is 10 business days.
5. You will receive an email once your package has been reviewed and, if everything is in order, the refund will be issued through the original payment method used for your purchase.
