In Guadalajara, Mexico, there was an unforgettable rock band. They recorded two magnificent albums. At the time, they achieved such fame that, in Morelos, descendants of the revolutionary Emiliano Zapata invited them to play and have dinner.
Singer Óscar Rojas says: “One of them even offered me a piece of land on the slopes of Popo, and since we were earning a lot of money, I would have bought it, but I got cold feet, you see.”
There was no single from La Revolución de Emiliano Zapata with the two songs on the t-shirt (they were both A-sides!), but we thought it was a good idea to put them together like on the red poster for Mexico's most wanted men.
They are two of the most precious gems of Mexican rock, featuring the roaring, chatty guitar of El Javis. The hit single "Nasty Sex" and the chilling "Shit City ," surreptitiously translated as "Lost City" on the album editions.
