RUDI - I spy

Rudi's drummer, Marshall, "borrowed" some overalls from the factory where he worked. They were the suits worn by those in charge of the boilers. They painted slogans and song titles on them and used them as their stage uniform.
I Spy , introducing John Barry's James Bond , was the second release.
 The name came from the single Oo Oo Rudi, by an early 70s group called Jook, which was a favorite among the members of the fledgling band.
Rudi formed in 1975 as a cover band, playing rock 'n' roll and the glam rock hits of the time.
